Who Am I?

I’m Caroline Fitzgerald.

I’m an observer. A noticer. And, apparently, someone who asks questions and says things on the internet that make a lot of women go, โ€œWell, sh!t.โ€ย ๐Ÿ˜‚

I’m interested in the version of you that you secretly think you could be, the life you secretly dare to believe you could have, and why the hell we spend so much time trying to fix ourselves before we’ll let ourselves go be her.

Start being her. Stop trying to fix you.โ„ข

About Me

I spent basically the first 40 years of my life trying to fix myself.

I tried all the things.

Trying to get rid of the things I didn’t like. Trying to become more confident, less anxious, less whatever-the-hell-I-thought-I-needed-to-be-less-of at the time.

And some of it worked.

For a while.

And then I’d find myself right back there again, with something else to fix, or solve, or maybe even “heal”.

Eventually I started to wonder if maybe it wasn’t that ther was something wrong with me, maybe there was something wrong FOR me.

Maybe I had the whole thing backward.

Maybe I didn’t need to keep fixing myself so that eventually I could be the person I wanted to be and live the life I wanted to live.

Maybe I needed to start being her, doing “her” things.

And holy smokes, that changed things.

Because once I stopped putting all of my attention on fixing the version of me I already was and started putting it on being and doing what I actually had in me, a whole lot of the shit I’d spent years trying to manage started changing too.

That’s what I talk about now.

The โ€œmoreโ€ you can’t seem to shake.

The version of you that you secretly dare to believe you could be.

The life you actually want.

The things you’ve been trying to fix before you’ll let yourself go have it.

And the possibility that maybe you don’t need to finish working on yourself first.

These days, I make videos about all of that for a rather large and rapidly growing group of women on the internet who regularly tell me to stop attacking them. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I created No Seriously, What the Hell Is It? for the woman who knows there’s more in her but genuinely doesn’t know what the hell it is.

I’m creating Be That You for the woman who can see that version of herself and is ready to stop treating her like someone she’ll get to be someday.

I work privately with women one-on-one.

I’m working on a book.

And I’m starting to take these ideas onto stages.

But really, all of it comes back to the same thing:

What if you stopped trying to fix yourself into the life you want…and started being the you who lives it?

I’m Caroline.

That’s what I’m here to talk about.

I offer 75-minute, 1:1 consultations to help you with whatever aspect of your more you want to sort out so you can begin to be that you. After you book, you’ll send me all the background info you want me to have so we can dive right in on the call and get it done!

There’s nothing wrong with you, there;s something wrong FOR you.

If you feel it, you have to find it, and you have to let it out.

Start being her, stop trying to fix you.
